This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run resource cannot retrieve an official record, conduct a government background check, alter a record, or receive an expunction filing. Only the responsible public office can perform those functions.
Need an Official Record?
Choose the custodian by record type instead of directing the same request to several offices:
- Court case files: use the criminal court cases resource, then contact the District Clerk for felonies or County Clerk for county misdemeanors
- Criminal-history records: contact the Texas Department of Public Safety
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Bandera County Sheriff's Office
- Fingerprint record review: arrange capture through the Texas FAST program and IdentoGO
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expunction or nondisclosure: file in the court with jurisdiction over the matter
